Food – rice, oats, banana, nuts (cashews, brazil nuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, almonds) trail mix ingredients (raisins, cereal, chocolate drops, dried apricot, dried banana, dried apple, marshmallows, popcorn, peanuts, previously used nuts)

Studio shoots: what kind of lighting? 
(include reference material to illustrate your needs)

For my pictures of food there will be no particular use of lighting, so to get the clearest, brightest pictures.

Backdrop: 

The background should be white for a clear, fresh, non-connative appearance but more importantly because I probably will be cutting each of the bits of food out and a clear white background is easiest for doing this.

Lighting equipment needs:

Camera flash only.
